"Water is the most important thing in our lives, especially when you're traveling, she have told me."

The host should have told me that there was no running water in the place.

No shower or bath since check in,until check out, there was no water.. It was an extreme inconvenience, worse part, for someone who traveled all the way from Limpopo.

The voucher given is for people traveling with a flight and I do not. Why can I change it to something else
