It was clean. Location was good as everything was easily accessible.

Heating was not too good.

Where apartment was nice bedroom and kitchen facilities good bathrooms

Couch was supposed to be pull down bed but could nit sleep in it as legs don't go down to floor it was in a sloop so unusable my husband had to sleep on floor came home a day early as he ended up with sore back 😑

More pleasant smell entering close maybe but more inviting outside

The flat itself was spotless & well equipped. Lots of supermarkets & the town centre within easy walking distance.

It was difficult to find & the entrance was very uninviting. A few instructions would have been helpful e.g. how to get terrestrial tv channels on the tv. What to do with recycling (we eventually found bins in Tesco car park.

Location was great, shops were super near.

The property was full of mould (black mould which is the worst kind). I noticed the mould smell as soon as I entered the property. The bed was broken and when I took this up with the owner all she said was no other customers have complained about this which is odd as I’ve read reviews about the bed being uncomfortable. I really do not recommend this apartment specially if you have sensitive skin as my boyfriend has sever eczema and his skin kept breaking out due to the mould and the dust throughout the apartment. We also noticed how uncomfortable the couch was, every time we sat on the couch it sink in, we later noticed it was a broken sofa bed.

Location was good and close to everything.area was nice and quiet.just a short stroll from train station.

There must have been a mix up because arrived at property and still hadn't been sent code for lock box.had to phone to get number then it was sent to me.

The entrance , the smell from the bins, when we entered the apartment it was cold and the smell of mould was terrible, and the dust in the living room was awful , I contacted the host regarding these issues, they said they would make the cleaner aware of the dust issue, however my wife ended up hoovering and dusting herself, the heating is storage heaters , which are not fit for purpose, after a number of messages back a forward we discovered the heater in the living room had been switched of altogether , there was also no heater in the bedroom I requested a oil filled radiator , however this never arrived, the heating did come on through the night, however the house was still not overly warm, also the mould is a serious health problem.

Location

This flat has blooming mould and it's very easy to clean this away. It's a health hazard and the flat shouldn't have been let out in this way. The heating doesn't work during the afternoon and the entire night. I got really cold on top of reacting to the mould. It's mould where I was sleeping and I didn't see it when I was standing up but had to sleep with this for 2 nights got me sick even with ordinsry hay-fever allergy pills. I want my money back since I'm exhausted and need oxygen treatment.
