the cleanliness of the accommodation is below expectations. The towels and bed linens had an unpleasant odor, and the condition of the toilet was not satisfactory.

I was not comfortable staying in that room because the pillows were thin and looked worn out, the mattress was old, the furniture was old, there was only hand sanitizer in the toilet, no kettle, only 2 bottles of drinking water. I had already appealed to stay in the lower room because my husband and I have sore feet, it was difficult to climb the stairs to the third floor but was not accommodated even though I came to register early around 1.30 pm.
