Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Βολικές πρίζες και διακόπτες παντού μέσα στο σπίτι! Πολλά παράθυρα που ανοιχτά , άφηναν τον αέρα να κυκλοφορεί μέσα στο σπίτι. Δύο air-conditions για τις ώρες που ο ήλιος έβλεπε το σπίτι. Μεγάλο, καινούργιο ψυγείο, καινούργιες εστίες και φούρνος.

Όλα μας άρεσαν στον χώρο, θα πρότεινα μόνο να υπάρχει κάποια σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα καθώς και μια απλώστρα μπαλκονιού. Φαντάζομαι πως αν τα ζητούσαμε θα μας παρέχονταν αλλά καλό είναι να υπάρχουν ως στάνταρ εξοπλισμός. Εξάλλου, έτσι ο χώρος θα διατηρείται πιο καθαρός κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής.

Evin konumu merkeze yakın, evin hemen yanında ve çevresinde araç park yerleri var. Bazı günler hariç park sorunu yaşamadık. Evin önünde bir çocuk parkı var. Yorumlarda çocuk seslerinden gürültü olabildiği yazılmıştı ama gündüz evde olmadığımız için akşamları böyle bir sorun yaşamadık. Konforlu ve güzel dekore edilmiş bir ev. Mutfak ve banyosu gayet yeterliydi. Biz iki aile olarak toplam 4 yetişkin konaklama yaptık, iki ayrı oda olduğunu düşünmüştük fakat yatak odası ve salon yarım bir duvar ile ayrılmıştı. Bu durum bizim için sorun teşkil etmedi ama bunu fotoğraflardan anlamamıştık. Mahremiyet konusunda hassasiyeti olanlar için bu durum sorun oluşturabilir. Ev sahibinin iletişimi oldukça iyiydi, düzenli olarak bir ihtiyaç olup olmadığını sordu. Ayrıca kaldığımız süre içerisinde yapılan ara temizlikten de oldukça memnun kaldık.

Nothing to mention

It is such a clean and well organized place. Has everything to be needed. Great location very close to the city center. No worries about parking if you rented a car. Comfortable and cozy place with a kind and helpful owner. We definitely will stay when we get to the island.

Maybe Just a short info about how to get the hot water 😃😃😃 will be better for the guests

Well designed apartment and it was very clean. The owners were easy going and helpful. Strongly recommend the place.

The park in front of house a bit noisy until 00 am.

Place owner is very nice. Even we chaked in too late :) Place decorated very nice. You can find everything you need. Good sealed. There is no noise when you close the window. Good air conditoning and wifi. Free parking place, children play ground was a bonus.

There is a stairs for upper floor. So it is not suits if you have handicap.

The location of the house was very convenient. it is within walking distance of the city centre. the cleaning was done well. the house had the necessary items. the kitchen was clean and useful. the decoration of the house was nice. it was suitable for romantic couples.

Due to the fact that the house is opposite the children's playground, there may be noise until late at night. It gets sun all day, but the air conditioning is enough.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience. Our host met us at the property to show us around, even though our ferry didn't arrive until 830pm. The property is immaculate, has everything you would need and is located close enough to the main town centre that you can walk in 10mins. The property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will definately book again the next time we are visiting Chios. Highly recommended.

The park across the road can be a little noisy at night, however when you close the outside shutters you can barely hear anything. On one of the mornings we hears a lot of noise from the downstairs office. However after this first day, we didn't hear a sound. It didn't bother us as we were up and out early to get space at the beaches. :-)
