The bunk beds being in the basement didn’t work for our group of young families but can imagine would work well for older kids!
GBClean and comfortable with excellent facilities for a family get together for Grandma’s 70th.
Just one little thing - Perhaps some coat pegs in hallway so all 13 of us could hang our coats up!
GBBeautiful property in an idyllic location. Maintained to a high and luxurious standard. Plenty of room for everyone, comfy beds, kitchen kitted out to a high standard, fantastic dining table seating 18 people if required. The house was beautifully warm. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day
Parking for multiple cars could be improved, parking overflow was a little muddy.

Not a negative, but just a tip for visitors. There was a storm and the shutters banged throughout the night. Make sure you jam them secure if you stay in windy weather as they kept me awake..
GBAmazing place for a Large family gathering with 7adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs. Loved the outdoor space where kids could roam whilst adults sat outside. Inside was luxurious and spacious. Had all the equipment you could need (except a pair of scissors!)
GBThe whole house was fantastic, everyone loved their stay. Lovely outdoors seating area, fabulous kitchen and the hidden TV room was a brilliant bonus! The owner was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any queries. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
GBSpacious, well equipped, quirky & well appointed house with plenty of bathrooms for a large group. Ideal base for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks & exploring the area.
A minor thing; Parking we didn’t find clear & overgrown driveway for larger vehicles. A larger hot tub for the size of the house & hooks would be a great bonus.
