Vi har bott på detta ställe nu tre gånger ... har alltid varit bra men nu var det mycket uppfrächat Jättefint . Rymliga å fina rum . Perfekt läge i stan . Så allt är bra .......utom personalen i resturangen ... Som vid tidigare tillfälle har de flesta av dem ingen service känsla alls Vilket är trist mär allt annat är så bra
It was close to everything - we were able to walk to most things. Great restaurants and coffee shops within minutes from the hotel. Parking nearby for extra money.

Położenie hotelu bardzo dogodne, blisko rynku, urozmaicone śniadanie, pokój czysty, choć został przygotowany na jedną osobę zamiast dwóch, nie działający pilot od telewizora. Chodzenie na recepcję i upominanie się np. o drugi ręcznik utrudnione, gdyż do recepcji było osobne wejście z drugiej strony budynku W pokoju bardzo duszno i gorąco, przydałby się wiatrak, dostaliśmy pokój od ulicy, wieczorem bardzo głośno (knajpy znajdujące się tuż pod oknami). Z samego rana w sobotę obudziły nas przejeżdżające pod budynkiem samochody. Niestety nie można było spać przy zamkniętych oknach, aby uniknąć hałasu, gdyż można by się ugotować. Generalnie udany pobyt, ale na pewno nie komfortowy. Nie wiem dlaczego nie dostaliśmy pokoju od strony dziedzińca. Na pewno byłoby lepiej.
Room was spacious but very poor lighting. The room (#1) was in terrible and noisy location. Avoid at all cost. Public parking is decieving and the reception staff do not know the rules or are trying to pacify you. Almost had a Very BAD situation in the parking lot because there are no posted notices as to what is allowed and permitted times. Thought the breakfast buffet is wonderful, I would not return here.
I enjoyed everything. The place is SUPERV: new, clean, spacious, and the workers were extremely professional. I highly recommend this place.
We made a last minute change and did not stay at the Aparthotel in Bielsko-Biala
