MKThe appartement is very comfortable, clean and new. It has all the features shown on the pictures and it is great. The building, however, is old and smells of mildew and humidity. The parking is a nightmare.
The location is complicated. It is close to the center and maybe you can walk downhill, but on your way back is very uphill and not pleasant for walking. Finding parking is lottery in Kavala. Also, the building hall is smelly and not nice.
