The Rookery at Selborne with lots of parking

Very modern design, comfortable beds, clean and tidy, nicely decorated, lovely village location. Owner very responsive to messages and great instructions to enter property etc. Loved the Jubilee Tap pub located below the flat. Only open til 9pm at weekends but a characterful little place with very friendly owners. Worth a visit.

Road a bit noisy at the front. No coffee maker or cleaning equipment provided.

We loved the location and design of the property. Everything was well laid out and very comfortable.

Blind in bedroom didn’t work so couldn’t get daylight in.

Location. Comfort.Cleanliness. Friendly locals. Handy for church where we attended my brother's funeral. Song thrushes singing and a Raven calling!

We had trouble gaining access because we couldn't find the house,then found key difficult to find. Suggest a map! Being elderly we couldn't make the TV work! Might be a good idea to have a short booklet of tips.

Nice clean flat in central location in lovely village with great historic interest and good walks.

Host very slow in giving access information- eventually it came through the evening before our stay, after I had chased and messaged that I was getting worried. No explanation was given for delay. "Welcome pack" said milk would be provided but it was not, so we needed to drive to the nearest town to collect some, which was disappointing after a long, tiring drive. Flat needs more kitchen equipment including scissors, baking trays and oven gloves.

The location was excellent for our needs. The property had plenty of space and was well equipped to a high standard.
