Staff was amazing, very helpful. They came and pick me up from the center. Answered all my questions even thou the didn’t speak english(used translator) and ordered bus for me on departure.

Had a great room with a view of the lake. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything worked perfectly. The owners were wonderful. Very highly recommended.

The owners here were fantastic. I was having trouble with my motorbike and they arranged for someone to come and help fix it before I even woke up in the morning! They also have a small shop selling local specialties, and the owner sells gas which was really helpful. The room was modern, comfortable, and well appointed with everything working well. The location is nice - there is a busier section of town with restaurants, etc. a short drive away.

No problems with the hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that there are several very cruel elephant riding businesses nearby, so it is impossible to leave the hotel without seeing these awful tours where the elephants are treated very poorly. In addition, at the time I stayed (May 2024), there was a fair bit of construction near the hotel.

Very nice and clean room. Lake view and you can see the elephants from the window. The staff is very friendly. The villages and environment are awesome. A very good choice.
