The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our luggage, and there was hot water available. However, the room was a bit damp and the location at the end of a pedestrian street made it difficult to reach with suitcases.

Family losmen cenral ubud. Old and new rooms. Park car in foot ball grounds 7min walk. All good.

Quiet, clean, very nice hosts, very nice breakfast, relaxing place

Pinning the address via grab. Even tho i just copy pasted the given adress by the host, grab still brought us to a different address. Best to book a grab, then call host and let driver talk to host. Also, in our 4 days stay, 1 or 2 mosquitos visited our room in the morning and afternoon. Best to have coils during these times.

A localização é ótima. Fácil acesso a tudo do centro de ubud. Eles servem café da manhã (e tem várias opções). Tinha um armario, ótimo para a organização das roupas.

Très bien situé à Ubud et au calme . Vous pouvez partir à pieds tout est à proximité . La femme qui gère l’hôtel est vraiment adorable, souriante . C’est un Homestay familial où on se sent vraiment bien. La vraie Thaïlande ❤️😍🙏

Very kind family running the property. With airconditioning and private bathroom. They make amazing breakfast pancakes with tropical fruit, loved it.

Very spacious room, in a beautiful independent house. Very clean, the family there is just lovely and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of ubud, surrounded by everything you might need or want to see.

The rooms just smell wet, and moist. We couldn't see any mold, but it might just be hiding in the walls. It was more comfortable after running the AC all day, dehumidifying the room. Avoid the place if you're sensitive or have asthma. Otherwise this could be a 10/10
