Old, tiny room and bathroom, noise from High Street, no breakfast- parking is difficult to find.

Abitazione caratteristica in pieno centro a due passi dalle spiagge e nella via principale dei negozii e ristoranti. La camera è piccola ma pulita, sufficientemente confortevole con la possibilità di farsi caffè/ tè con i biscotti.

L’unico neo il parcheggio. Se viaggiate in auto trovare parcheggio, soprattutto nei fine settimana e fino al tardo pomeriggio può essere fastidioso visto che i parcheggi hanno pochi posti e le strade di St. Ives sono molto strette. Noi abbiamo avuto fortuna a trovarlo a 70 metri dalla struttura

Lovely looking place from the outside

Very small rooms, dated and oldy oldy, struggled to contact the owner when arrived as different phone number as advertised, but pleasant when we did get him , no breakfast for the price which I felt was dear, and very noisy being near the high street both at night and binmen at 5.30 in the morning clattering bottles ,emptying bins etc

Near the beach and shops couldn’t be closer

Excellent Ken who really without fuss made you feel welcome precise of the instructions and a good tour guide !!! With directions

Very convenient to the centre

Because it was in the centre, parking and driving to the guest house was stressful. Definitely no parking provided. Very difficult to get car parking

It was a really good stay - had everything I needed!! Really good location and Ken was really really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
