Jednym słowem brudno zwłaszcza łazienka pełna grzyba , kabina prysznicowa ma popsute drzwi, pokój śmierdzi stechlizna i jest pełno owadów W nocy zostaliśmy pokasani przez pluskwy Nie polecam ponieważ przydałby się tam porządny remont bo lokalizacja całkiem przyjemna choć szału nie ma ale za to blisko na przystanek autobusowy oraz dworzec kolejowy.

Lokacija smeštaja je odlična, blizu je prevoza i velikih marketa. Parking je besplatan u ulici gde se nalazi smeštaj.

Zgrada je u lošem stanju, higijena je na niskom nivou, zajedničke prostorije (kuhinja i kupatilo) se ne održavaju, bezbednost prostorija je niska.

There’s a lock on the door. That’s about the only positive.

Room was not even close to what was advertised in pictures - looked like a bare prison cell. No blinds/curtains in room. One weak fan did nothing to cool it down. Kitchen tap was broken so drinking from bathroom. Area was rough. Place smelled nasty. Shower and bathroom were filthy. We were bitten all over but what we can only assume were bed bugs. Shower head was broken. Overall lack of care put in by owners with poor communication. Would not recommend - we checked out after the first night.

For the cost, I definitely cannot complain. Due to my coach timetable I had to check in very late and the host was very kind and allowed this. The room was large with quite a comfortable bed, and the kitchen was small but perfectly usable. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it is close to public transport links. I would highly recommend.

The communication could have been slightly better

As the hotel is approximately 15minutes walk from the mestre station, it is acssesible. There are two supurmarket closely, each other is different of opening hour. The price of items is inexpensive than ourban area.

Surrundings of kichen is durty. If you want to have meals in restaurant, you might need to go to futher north of mestre station.

Owner helpfulness and behaviour

The location is nearby mestre however it is back of mestre like last platform than platform 1, there is big difference between both location.

The place is mostly clean and affordable. The sheets and towels were clean. It's l located not too far from the Mestre train station (about a 15 minute walk away). The bathroom has been upgraded and is the only area in the place that doesn't feel really dated. The kitchen is basic but decent enough to use. The fridge was clean.

I'm a single traveler and was given the first room to the right of the entry way. The room was extremely sparse. As the pictures show, there are no decorative features on the walls. All you get are white, blank walls. It has the feeling of a cell, with just a bed, small side table and a standard table shoved in the corner along with an overly large cabinet for clothes. The tv is tiny mounted high on the wall. There is no lamp on the side table, so light is provided only by the glaring bulb on the ceiling. As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed by the smell of mildew. Upon further inspection it was coming from the inside of the cabinet. It was still cold outside and there was no heating mechanism in the room, as described in their booking ad. There was a cheap blanket folded on top of the bed and another smelly, unwashed, thinner one thrown in the bottom of the cabinet. The top sheet was folded on top of the blanket, so you basically have to make your own bed upon arrival. There is no "city view" as advertised. You're on the bottom floor so all you see are the couple of feet outside your window since there is a screen along the edge of the property to the street. The screen provides privacy but there's no view. Worst of all was the extremely uncomfortable bed. The mattress was way too soft and I think it was made of memory foam, but it was so old and overused that there was a permanent divet in the middle, so your body would just fall into that void and it was difficult to roll or position oneself outside of the divet. Overall, I got the feeling that the place is run by a group of guys that only care about the money and have no sense or desire of wanting to make the place more welcoming for their guests. What would it cost to put some decorative features on the walls, a small lamp, a couple of area rugs, and nicer comforters or blankets (and make the beds) to make the room feel more welcoming for their guests?
