CZWe had a great stay at Elena’s house. The apartment is very spacious, luminous, super clean and very well equipped. There is everything you need for your stay, washing machine, coffee, tea, etc. The apartment is very well situated, in a center of Viareggio, very close to the beach, sea and the promenade, with many great restaurants and bakeries around. Elena is a great host and provides a lot of information and help, answered all of our questions and can also arrange the airport transfer. Elena and her husband even helped us to book a parking online. We really appreciated Elena’s hospitality and we will definitely come back!
AUElena was the perfect host. The house was ready and clean. We were met at the train station and taken to the Unit. Elena explained the workings of the unit with codes for the building and how to operate things like the washing machine/dryer, air conditioner, Netflix along with where to find everything in the kitchen. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, oil and butter. (So thankful for the butter 😊) soap powder for the washing machine. The unit has shutters to keep out any noise at night time, (great for light sleepers). We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

PLPerfect appartement - absolute top. Clean, luxurious, fully equipped. It exceeds expectations in every aspect and the host, Giuseppe, is extrememly nice and helpful. He has even bought for us a weekly parking ticket and reserved a parking place. Top client service - you do not see that often.

DEElena is a perfect host. Super fast replies and very helpful. She helped us to get parking permit and even kept us a close spot on a busy Sunday afternoon. The apartment is in a great location and has all we needed.
USEverything about this property is exceptional! It was perfect for two women who wanted two bedrooms and two full baths. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone coming to Viareggio.

Disappointed that the jacuzzi was a bath with jets. Pictures on booking.com make it look like there's a pool ,so very Disappointed to find out there was no pool and the pool shown was on the beach and is payable .
