the house was nice and beautiful, but the service was bad . 1: electric problems, was tripping 2: upstairs room Aircon problem no cooling They appoint people to come and check but it tools so long and couldn’t solve the electrical problems very bad experience and the hole trip is spoiled because of all this issues and problems

Blanket /comforter not fresh so smelly, possible from previous user. Shower should fix properly, water showered too close to wall.

After i made this booking I rang Ben for the check in instructions, he said let him check whether his got availability. I questioned wether he is professional to do so, he hanged up my call straight. Then he tried to charge me extra $5 for each towel and argue about it is not in his amenity. I do not think any traveller would check the amenity for whether the property provide the towels. I requested to cancel if this is the hospitality he provide and Ben replied me”cancel at your own cost😊”. What does this emoji means to me? There is no amenity for power and water but why does him have? Because providing towels are basically common sense for accommodation, I did not book for an hostel! Upon arrival the room i got is not the one i booked. I was questioning why does the interior not match the photos and the floor level is so low which is bad for the view. Ben asked me to clicked in the room type and searching lots of photos behind and this is one of the property he is managing. Well, if you have many apartment in a different interior, you should not put in the same listing, so anyone could book this horrible interior unit! The bars down stairs has the music till 3AM, it made me have to wait till 3am till try to sleep. However, the aircon unit noise from next door is huge when you try to sleep. In the next day morning, when I was trying to have some computer work to do in the living room, there is a bird lives in the No-Entry service room keep making the noise for mating. I get really disturbed then decide to go swimming in this day time. I always have to do swimming for health reason, however the pool is closed for renovation. Why does Ben indicated this in the amenity and photos i do not receive my service??? If there is no swimming pool facilities, why could not they advise me in advance. It is really an horrible experience. Upstairs bathroom fans is not working properly, mould is really bad in his shower box. Apartment door is not close properly….. reached max typi

The thing is that this not the apartment advertised. The apartment is clean but as fancy at all as per the image shown. Very simple basic apartment. The apartment is clean and has nice view but should advertised the right product then only customer can recommend to others.
PTIncredible views to the sea and the city. Very spacious apartment, comfortable beda, close to many shops, bars and restaurants.
The windows weren't clean and the apartment didn't provide clean towels. Also the photos were a bit different from the real apartment.
