The location is awful,the by lane is so narrow it was impossible for my rented vehicle to drop me in front of the hotel. Most importantly,it was never indicated in the " Booking.com" site that the property does not accept card payment. They only accept cash.This is ridiculous in 2024 and should have been informed to customers at the time of booking. Hopefully, "Booking.com" will perform due dilligence in future before listing any property and their fake ratings.

Parking is not available.. Rooms size is very small, not as shown in the picture..

Fairly new hotel. Clean and confortable and with shy but obliging staff. I liked the hotel a lot except for the manager who I thought was dishonourable. See below

The hotel manager who let the whole staff down. This is the message that I sent to him but received no reply. Hello sir. Well that was all really unhelpful. First you told me that there were no buses to Jagdalpur until 15.00 (there are lots of buses all day). Then you charged me 700 rupees insisting that you were “helping me” and booked an Ola taxi which should cost 200 rupees (Uber would have charged me 150) as it’s 4km from the hotel (I paid 560 from the airport to your hotel - 13km). The taxi was 10 minutes late, the driver hadn’t been told where to go so we ended up in a Kanker office before being told where to go and I arrived with 1 minute before the bus left (the taxi driver phoned them to ask them to wait for me). I know you have to make a profit from tourists and I agree you should but that was not a good service from you or a good price.
