"Very convenient for the festival I was attending at Jubilee Hall and Cinema and nice comfy bed"

Comfortable home from home in central location. Well equipped, decor good and very clean.

Would be nice to have a view but cant have everything.

"Fab, clean and homely"

Keys were at the place but I hadn't been sent the key code so could not access for 45 mins, notwithstanding arriving at 11pm. After a few phone calls we were able to enter.

A great property / location & ideal for exploring east Suffolk.

Just disappointed that I paid extra for the sofa bed & it wasn’t made up on arrival & I had double checked this earlier in the week.

"Completely relaxing with a warm welcoming small town vibe :-)"

Location is pretty much perfect being 75m from the beach & 150m from the town centre. Airy & spacious property, and easy to park even in this busy time of year.

Trade off is, & only a small consideration - the proximity to the high street when sleeping with the windows open, vs the late night passers by :-)

"Very Good"

Location was OK and convenient

bathroom towel rail was inadequate. No draining rack in kitchen. A lot of noise from people standing outside and talking, and traffic noise.
