Great location, very clean apartment. The host is very kind and helpful. The terrace is a bonus. We had a great experience.

Proximity to the sea was fabulous. Lisa met us at the door when we arrived with the keys and kept in contact with us. Comfortable bed, shower was good, water was hot and size was small, but still ok despite some previous reviews we didn’t have any problem with it. The terrace was a lovely spot with table and chairs and sun beds, although not private, other apartments visitors had access to walk through to their terrace. Good coffee machine and plenty of coffee.

Biggest difficulties were with the facilities. We arrived for an 8 night stay. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and had to be fixed over first couple of days, needing to wait for a workman to come x2. The oven only stayed on for about 1 min then auto switched off, often tripping the electrics switch for apartment. Queried it but kept being told it worked when it didn’t. The doors to dishwasher and washing machine were locked so that they couldn’t be used on instruction from owner no reason given. Kitchen equipment was very basic. Apartment was quite dark inside, only one small window high up in bedroom and kitchen one looked straight out on to walkway so not very private, meaning blinds kept semi closed. Might work if you are only having a couple of nights and don’t want to cook or wash clothes/dishes but not suitable for a longer stay.

The roof terrace was very public compared to previous accommodation’s in Monopoli. Also remotely access from the apartment via public areas.

The location is outstanding. Dream House is very near the Mediterranean Sea - a one-minute walk. The terrace is also nice with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and the stove is excellent.

The WiFi didn't work when we got there but by the first full day it worked. The hot water didn't work when we got there but got fixed within two days. We had to learn how to turn the boiler on. We like to sleep with the window open so we needed more blankets. There was a small, thin blanket in the closet but it didn't cover both of us. Another blanket was delivered by our host on the third day but it was not big enough to cover the whole bed.

Fantastic location, in the heart of everything, 3mins to the beach, 4mins to the best restaurants. And the terrace provides another dimension of privacy! Host very friendly and flexible. All perfect ❤️

Very clean, super central and very quiet. Very nice rooftop view. The kitchen is really well equipped. The host allowed us to check-in earlier which we were really grateful for.

The bathroom is very small, especially the shower.

The accommodation is very well located, one minute from the beach, in one of the most beautiful parts of the city. The apartment is a good size, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for cooking. The private roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment at the agreed time, which includes a delicious pastry, coffee and juice. The host is very kind and helpful, who also provided us with restaurant tips.

The bathroom is quite small, there is a shower cubicle right next to the toilet, but you can see it in the pictures, so no surprise. What is more of a problem is that the water temperature is not adjustable, either very hot or ice cold. However, this may be a local peculiarity and not a specific problem.

The roof terrace is really the highlight of this apartment. It is ideally located in the old city of monopoli at a very few metres from the sea and restaurants. The host was super nice and had a very good communication. I would definitely recommend it if you stay in Monopoli
