Struttura ristrutturata veramente di recente, bagno nuovissimo e perfettamente funzionante, angolo cottura completo e funzionale. Letto ampio e comodo. Posizione perfetta per quella che era la nostra esigenza ovvero rimanete nel quartiere più residenziale di Santa.

Ho avuto qualche piccolo intoppo in primis per il ritiro delle chiavi nel Locker e successivamente con una delle serrature per accedere all’appartamento ma ho ricevuto supporto super tempestivo dall’host.

A 10 minuti dal lungomare passando dal centro pedonale con negozi e ristoranti. Letto e cuscini super comodi, biancheria da bagno morbidissima. Comunicazione con lo staff semplice e veloce con i messaggi Whatsapp

Aria condizionata molto ma molto rumorosa, inutilizzabile di notte. Dormire con le finestre aperte dopo le 6,00 è impossibile, troppo rumore di passaggio motorini e lavori di piccoli cantieri nel quartiere, tanto alle 06,30 un vicino si è affacciato alla finestra mettendosi a discutere con gli operai. Pareti divisorie sottili o poco insonorizzate, si sentiva il parlare a bassa voce dei vicini. Alcuni particolari degli arredi sono da sistemare come il porta sapone rotto nella doccia e il bastone porta abiti rotto nell'armadio e troppo alto. Un incubo il parcheggio pur non essendoci il pienone ma questo in genere per tutta la zona ligure

Well-located, comfortable apartment with proper air-conditioning. Very clean on arrival. Few minutes from the coast, train-station and main bus stop. Management is responsive and communicated all important details clearly beforehand.

Only real complaint is that the Wi-Fi could have been faster. Then again, it shouldn't be too big of an issue if you spend most of your time at the beach/in town (which is likely the case if you booked)

Size of the room. Lacking basic things like sharp knife for cutting. No wine glasses etc

The room had everything we needed, great quality and cleanliness, great facilities, very easy to check in and check out. The location was perfect, so close to the train station and to the coast by the beach, so close to Portofino, nice restaurants very nearby! Staff were helpful and kind.

Good bed, bed linens, clean towels, modern decoration, well designed, everything clean and organized. Very attentive hosts, I had an issue with the key collection which was promptly solved.
