GBThe accommodation was lovely, sofa and bed were very comfortable. The fact that the coffee had milk and coffee/tea bags was a great bonus. We stayed for one night before visiting Harry Potter studios, it's about a 10 minute drive so perfect location if visiting. They even had a welcome pack with any information you would need for your stay. Couldn't have asked for better accommodation.
Only downside is the roosters early wake up call... They are the neighbours, so understandable that they can't control this but having a rooster making noise from 5.15am wasn't ideal...
GBThe spacious studio had everything we needed it was clean comfortable and a great location to visit Harry Potter Studios. Would definitely stay again and next time a longer stay to explore the area.

Gate bit stiff to back and would have lighting auto switch on as approach the studio as in dark and wet used phone torch but is main light from house but one simultaneously triggered on studio would be useful

GBLovely little place to stay on our family trip to Harry Potter. I was over the moon with the little book collection they had. Peter rabbit was a hit with the kids, and it was nice to be acquainted with Jane Ayre again. Would happily stay here again if we venture down this way again. Many thanks for these little comforts.
