"Great value stay in Flic en Flac"

+great value. +very friendly and kind hosting, excellent responsiveness. +good location. +Peaceful and quiet most of the time.

-no basic items (no sugar, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc but loo roll and rubbish bags provided on request). -no shower curtain.

"Prima voor de prijs! Niks te klagen."

Lieve familie, erg open en welkom. Het ligt niet aan het strand maar in een rustige (villawijk). Wij hadden zelf een auto en ook naar het strand is het wel te wandelen als je daar geen problemen mee hebt. Bevat eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt. Koelkast, wasrek, wasmachine. Wij hebben zelf niet gekookt maar ook keukgerei was er volgensmij genoeg. Er hangt alleen een airco in de slaapkamer. Als je de deur openhoud en de airco lekker overdag al aanzet is het koel genoeg ook in de woonkamer.

Handdoeken enz worden niet vervangen. Wij waren er 4 dagen en 2 dagen met een handdoek is voor ons wel de max. We merkten dat dit bij alle appartementen/studio’s zo is. Zelf even vragen dus.

L'eau très chaude, pas de sel poivre pour faire la cuisine. Pas de Netflix sur la télé. Manque des serviettes.

What stood out the most was the family's hospitality and willingness to help out in every situation. The family who hosted us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience — we would love to come back!

They accommodated our early check-in and were always ready to assist. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The umbrella for outings on rainy days was a nice touch

The living area could use its own AC. Not a deal breaker though

"Friendly and attentive host!"

Very friendly and helpful host. Easy communication and always someone to help nearby as the owner lives at the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with a washer (very convenient) and fully equipped kitchen. A/C only in the bedroom. House is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood.

Coach in the living room is too small and not comfortable for sleeping for an adult. We thought it would be a single bed but it was shorter. Extra toilet paper, dish wash soap, pepper & salt or oil best bring yourself.
