Beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina, very clean with helpful staff. Perfect stay in Fes, and i want to thank omaima a young lady who’s working on the reception for making my stay wonderful and more comfortable.

Un trés beau riad au coeur de la médina de fés , avec une ambiance authentique et un accueil chaleureux . l'endroit est calme , propre est idéal pour découvrir la ville . surtout gràce à omaima , la réceptionniste qui est toujours souriante , disponsible et trés professionnelle . Elle a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable .

The location is right inside the Medina and very convenient for exploring the Medina. If you’re not a French or Arabic speaker, you will find Omaima’s ability to communicate effectively in English quite helpful and refreshing. Omaima manages the facility. The Riad also serves a nice breakfast, which came with the booking.

The facilities can do with some upgrade

I had a wonderful stay at this riad in fes . the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming , and the riad itself is beautiful and peaceful , comfortobable ,and well decorated . breakfast was delicious , and the location was perfect for exploring the medina highly recommend .

Omaima is a superb host. She made sure our stay at the Riad was comfortable. The best host. 10/10 rating for her.

The furniture in the room and the washroom were too shabby and broken.

It was an amazing stay , the staff were very adorable , they serve a delecious breakfast with beautiful terrasse.

Location was good, but the property was bad with very bad customer service and even worse facilities, very bad service , didn’t make up my room even when told many times and left the make / clean my room tag on the door , when challenged I was told the cleaner forgot and anyhow I only slept for one night so the rooms not going to be that dirty 🙄 boring nasty repetitive breakfast and wouldn’t give an extra egg as only one is allowed lol , Even had to pay to get my boarding pass printed of 🤔

All in all a very bad experience , poor quality old derelict property in need a refurb , bad customer service, attitude was that you get what you pay for .. but according to your write up the property was supposed to be superb, exceptional etc??
