"Room was clean and tidy. But there was no one on site to answer any questions."

It was very clean and tidy in my room

No one answered the so called emergency line. Also I was expecting a little more for breakfast.

Patrick the owner was very nice to speak to very pleasant man he made us feel very welcome would talk to us every day to make sure everything was ok with the room , made us a fresh pot of tea ready every morning for us with help yourself breakfast i would say you have a lot. Of stairs to go up .

Patrick lovely guy breakfast fresh fruit yoghurt tea coffee cereal clean

The stairs 3flights my friend found it quite difficult so any disabilities this guest house not for you also the shower quite difficult to get in out if mobility issues
