The room were very cosy just need updating a little

Location perfect for travelling around the Isle of man

Plumbing that could have worked better, tea tray not refreshed every day, not as clean as we would have liked. THe whole property seemed very neglected.

Very friendly. Very relaxed and easy going.

Bits are looking tired but the owner is slowly renewing. New roof. New windows. Room we stayed in was recently decorated and great.

Central location, coffee in the morning, good value for money

We are not used to living in houses with stairs.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The host, Patrick, extremely kind. The very clean and well -equipped room with everything I needed. We will definitely come back. Thank you from the soul.

Patrick, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay, great value with access to the main front, port and shopping all with a couple of miles. Rooms were clean and well stocked with tea/coffe/toiletries ect, beds clean and pretty comfortable.

There was nothing negative as far as I was concerned, some may call it cheap and cheerful, and I'm shure there of plenty of people who would pick holes.. Its by no means perfect, but for our stay, as Bikers, it was spot on. The owner has also started to renovate the rooms from top to bottom, but will take time. Don't expect the Hilton, but if you need affordable digs with a honest owner.. Look no further.

We spent an enjoyable three nights at this pleasant guest house, located a short distance from Douglas Bay, not far from the Gaiety Theatre where we were performing in a drama festival. Patrick is a friendly host who was super helpful and who provided appropriate wheat-free breakfast products for my wife who has a wheat intolerance (requested via message app.) Very good quality continental breakfast provided. Really good value for money.
