Belgrade Waterfront Lux Apartment

The position was convenient foe walking to the centre. The receptionists for the whole building were very helpful.

The apartment was not clean. The floor rugs were dusty and unwashed. The outdoor furniture and cushions was dusty. The washing machine did not work. The bed linen was cheap and coarse. The extra bed was placed in front of clothes cupboard so the vupboards were inaccessible. Most of the equipment was cheap and the plates and cutlery mismatched. In the six days I was there, no one came to clean the premises, which meant that they cleaned the whole apartment in 3 hours between guests leaving and those arriving.

Situated in the Belgrade Waterfront luxurious and excellent new residential area with great concept, surrounded with different stores, markets , coffee and pastry places, restoraunt, recreational parks and many more, this apartment is worth every penny. It looks exactly like in the pictures and has everything that you need( fully equipped kitchen, iron board, even washing machine), comfy bed ,wide terrace etc. It has easy connectivity with every spot in the city, since the bus stops are right across the street from the main entrance of the building. Near is the bus station and Kiosk's, where you can buy your daily tickets (valid for bus and trams respectively) which costs 120 dinari(1 eur). The property has a parking spot in level -2 in the garage, and you can arrange this with the host Sladjana, who was so polite and she waited for us in front of the building to deliver the keys,providing additional guidance for our pleasant stay.
