Good location

Room was filthy and had a bad smell

Great location for what we needed and host was very helpful and friendly

Bed and bed area felt like it had little bits of sand or something in but other than that it was perfectly clean

Was a very cosy clean room which we very much enjoyed

The room appeared as an unfinished construction site, and we found none of the comforts that should be present in any guesthouse.

Very Cosy and Easy to Locate. Quiet location. Renovated bathrooms.

One of the dining chairs was broken which is a safety hazard. Coffee and Tea Sachets would have been nice.

Brilliant mini-appartment. Clean and well-kept with a cosy feel to it. Owners were cheerful and available any time you needed them (communicated via text after the first day). Would recommend to anyone on a short-medium length trip in Birmingham.

Not much. The neighbourhood isn't the nicest, but that's hardly the owner's fault. I will warn that if you use the shower for too long, it will flood the bathroom. Also, I couldn't get the wi-fi to work. Apart from that, there's nothing to say here.

The host was very accommodating and good communication. Very simple, I would stay again if I had business in the area.

Warm room. Fridge and microwave provided. Powered bathroom mirror. Free street parking (can be busy though). Shower gel provided.

No TV. Very flat pillows. No WiFi (asked host if there was a password but had no reply). No where to store clothes. No curtain / cover for the full glass door, so light comes in (even at night because of outside lights). Parts of the room unfinished / poorly finished. No tea or coffee provided, just a kettle and coffee machine. No sponge / cloth provided to wash up. No inside bin. Very basic kitchen items. Bathroom gets very wet after a shower because it's a wet room (no shower enclosure). No property number due to external works on the property. Appears there's multiple extensions being built to offer more rooms at the property. Sound proofing not the best so you can hear guests in the next room.

Very nice place to stay. All new. Nice host, responded quickly for my needs.

Only one suggestion, needs number next to door. It was little difficult to find it after dark.
