Hospitality and personal touch. Host of the property Luba and Orkhan are very warm and kind. We felt like home. The place is cosy and very clean. We can recommend this place for families who love secure and quiet atmosphere.

Staff atrocious. I missed my flight and my sister arrived alone with her children. Most of my experience with booking.com I pay in advance or they charge the card on arrival. I had to arrive the following day due to not getting on the original flight. Whilst waiting for me, my sister was treated very bad. The staff kept asking for money and she explained I was arriving to sort it the following day. They called police on her and accused her of being human trafficked and they put her on the street with 4 children including one with special needs and a 1 year old. All they were interested in was money. The following night I arrived with my brother and paid cash as they didn’t charge the card. I explained my brother was an extra person and also we would like to check out 2am following day and due to the experience they put my sister through they agreed. Also I booked a 2 bedroom apartment but they provided 1 bedroom for first 2 nights but they sorted this by giving 2 1 bedroom apartments. ….. suddenly they forgot about the agreement and then wanted £140 extra for the additional person and checking out late. Forgetting what they already put my family through. The police were called again!!!! The staff are rude and only language they understand is £€$. They shout at a 1 year old for dropping food when eating. The two cleaning staff appear always to be under the influence of at least one substance and are also rude teaching my nephew swears in Turkish. The place itself is beautiful but the staff and owners let it down. Ruined a family holiday
