Location is 800m from the sea, walkable if necessary but difficult in the heat and with beach stuff, so we chose to drive. Parking was a little challenging but we always found a spot. The roads of the area are not good but the area itself makes it worthwhile. All in all, a great experience. Hope to return. close to town but quite and peaceful

the condition of the road was not good but all the house facilities worked and check in/out was easy.

"The house is simple and nice. But the communication with Joanna was very stressful"

First, the house: we had enough room for 7 people. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook (except for a cutting board). Though there are no soap, dish sponge, salt, sugar, oil (unfortunately it's quite common but what a pleasure when the owner keeps all this stuff!). Kid's bedroom has more beds than you can see on the pictures (each bed has a second pulling out bed), so there are 5 beds in there). That's nice because sofa-bed in guestroom is not big enough for 2 people (even unfolded). Though the house is definitely a good value for money.

Second, the service. I travel for 20 years and it's the worst treatment I've ever had. We came at 19.55 there was nobody waiting and agent came at 20.10. The agent (her name is Joanna or Joe) insisted that we owe money for linen (140 euro) and the same amount as our debt for renting the house. She even had some paper that didn’t correspond to the figures in my booking confirmation. When I said that was a mistake and we paid all for the house online and only need to pay for linen she became very rude and furious! She was threatening to kick us out because “we don’t have money to pay” and was picking on kids “why are they touching things – you didn’t pay yet, the house is not yours”. That was very aggressive, offensive behavior. I showed her couple print screens with my figures and she finally made a call to managing company. 10 minutes on the phone and we were told that’s system problem (actually she got confused with payments and double counted the money for linen in the system and there was no debt for the house) and it’s not her fault. No apologize even. And even more! She blamed us for taking her time after working hours! Amazing! After being late and wrong! We asked for one more set of linen. We paid for 7 people, but only get 5 sets (2 double beds, 3 singles). The sofa turned to be too small for 2 people and so we used additional pulling out beds for our kids and needed 1 more single set of linen. We had to argue to get it in WhatsApp and after on phone (though we paid for 7 people and only get 5 sets). There is a requirement to sort garbage and we did. There are no bags in the house. At the check-in Joe said we can use bags only for food waste. Other waste is fine to sort without bags. By the check-out it turned out to be not so. We had to pack all garbage into bags in front of her and I think that’s not the way to treat guests. Checking out took 40 minutes when usually we just leave keys and go. We were almost late for our train.
