This place is stunning. The sunset, the dawn, the breeze while eating on the patio, the colors, the taste of decoration, all contributing making this place truly unique. kosta and his family are also extremely helpful in giving guest tips and recommendations for nice places and restaurants. It is one of its kind, a place you wish you can come back over again.

Bäder sind zwar top sauber, aber haben einen alten Look. Aussendusche müsste gepflastert werden. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

You have probably realized that the luxury here has to do with the unique location. If you are looking for Italian furniture, cutting edge technology and the type of luxury you would find in a Four Seasons bungalow, then this place might not be for you. If you are looking for one of the most peaceful locations imaginable, amidst a stunning natural landscape, close to some of the most wonderful beaches in Crete and great authentic taverns, then this place is ideal for you. I enjoyed surprisingly fast wifi, considering the isolated location, while the host was very welcoming and offered some helpful tips for the area. This was one unforgettable experience.

If you happen to visit during strong wind conditions in Crete, then it might be a little uncomfortable because the highlight of your stay here will be the time you will be spending at the terraces, marveling at the view, which will probably not be as pleasant if it's too windy.

Amazing house, great view, great owners! A peaceful place to relax and see the view and the night sky! Everything on the house was carefully placed and built. Very close to lots of attraction and a village to get everything you need. Would suggest 100%!

Perfect place to experience the beauty of Southern Crete in complete privacy in this beautiful villa. Highly recommend spending time on the first floor patio balcony stargazing. Kostas welcomed us with fresh local fruit and drinks and gave us the best suggestions for places to eat and beaches that weren’t crowded at all !! We loved it. Most peaceful and beautiful holiday.

Its a bit outside the village but with a car convenient to reach, the street is a bit rough

Magical setting, gorgeous views, lovely clean house, nicely decorated, minimalistic in a good way, extremely private but close to excellent beaches and good restaurants.

Stunning view!!!, boho and natural design, great location (close to anything you need), great hosts Kostas and his father (we got all the help if needed), delicious gifts, hammock on the hill :), all the stars on the sky seen from the terrace, relaxing sounds of sheeps' bells :)

AC would be great and useful in the hot summer days
