Guest access: You will have access to all areas. The kitchen is accessible but meal preparation is not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons. Respect the neighborhood: The Riad is located at the end of a family derb (street), we ask you to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (no noise after 11 p.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties are not allowed in the Riad Touria (Stag and Hen parties prohibited) If the nuisance rules are not respected, we reserve the right to shorten your stay. Travelers: - Access to the Riad by people other than tenants is strictly prohibited without the prior agreement of the owner. - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented upon arrival. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the Riad TOURIA - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal prosecution. - Compliance with articles 489, 490 and 503 of the Moroccan laws in force must be scrupulously observed. The consumption of any illicit substance is strictly prohibited inside the Riad. Security: - The host is responsible for his family, his children, the use of the pool, the halls and the terrace is under your responsibility. - For your safety and well-being, it is important that the door to the terrace always remains closed when you are no longer there and especially at night. - Each time you leave the Riad, it is imperative to lock the door. Your private riad with hotel service Enjoy the exclusivity of a riad all to yourself, while enjoying the comfort of hotel service. Breakfast included: Every morning, our housekeeper prepares a generous and authentic Moroccan breakfast. Light kitchen facilities: You're at home; you can prepare a small salad or chop some fruit. For cooked meals: For your comfort and safety, guests are not permitted to use the oven and stove. However, our housekeeper will be happy to prepare delicious traditional dishes (tagines, couscous, etc.) upon request and at an additional cost. This way, you can enjoy a private riad that feels like home, while our team takes care of the meals so you can truly enjoy your vacation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
