Newly Renovated Stunning Warehouse Apartment

The keys were in a lockbox. The check-in information was clear and it was easy to get the key and gain access to the property. On arrival the host texted to make sure we were safely in the property. The accommodation is beautifully decorated to a high standard and is "quirky".

The location is a 10-minute drive from Bournemouth town centre and about a 40-minute walk. With young children that was not easy. The area where the accommodation is located is not attractive; however, the building itself is attractive and we felt safe and secure.

The apartment was spacious and the decor was stunning. Complimentary drinks and snacks were an amazing bonus. Host was helpful and friendly. Would recommend highly and definitely return.

The downstairs heating didn't switch on as expected but plenty of heat upstairs, so not a major issue.

Location is poor, even in the Sunday morning traffic noise woke me up at 6ish. Very disappointing. The second “bedroom” is gimmicky and not comfortable. It should be classed as half a room. Had to have a cold shower on the second day as the hot water ran out

The hosts clearly showed a huge effort to make the stay comfortable and to provide their guests for what they might need! The stocked (free bar) was a real treat after a long journey, but they also had bottled water and coffee/tea for guests to indulge in. The kitchen provided everything you would need and although we didn’t use it, there was even an air fryer! My son adored the upstairs snug area, which also had a tv so he was very pleased not to have to watch what we did :) We were thrilled the accommodation came with allocated parking! We loved the character of the place and would happily stay again.

The shower was a bit small and the door didn’t close completely but this was minimal and we were still able to use it. On our check out day, the hot water stopped working but we think this was because the hosts kindly allowed us a little longer before we left and perhaps this was part of the water shutting down; before 10am it was fine because my husband was able to use the shower. Another minor point, the sofa in the lounge area was not the most comfortable to use, but for a short stay it was okay.

Sympathetically renovated, quirky, immaculate & very comfortable. Complete with some thoughtful touches = highly recommended.

Location bit noisy at night.

The size of the property. Plenty of space and bonus having two bathrooms with 4-6 people staying. Very clean, homely, comfortable and the nice extras were a lovely surprise. Close to everything but still far enough to be away from the noise and busy parts. Very easily accessible and Allison was fantastic in answering any queries we had very promptly. A perfect stay. Nearby Mexican restaurant Ojo Rojo lovely food and would recommend it. Also went to Mulligans for cocktails and crazy golf which was great fun. Escape Hunt is also fun should anyone be looking for some activities.

Nothing to dislike at all. Not a dislike - I have allergies to feathered bedding which this property has (if helpful to others staying) but I do bring my own bedding with me should this happen when we stay away.

The place was comfortable clean and I had excess to everything the only problem was the freezer wasn't working, but everything else was GREAT

The facilities and space were great. The interior and lighting were lovely! One of the best places I have stayed.

Absolutely brilliant! Throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful touches and added extras! Parking was easy on the road. Very spacious and clean! Lovely chilling sofa area with a social able kitchen.

The second room is very small but it didn’t bother us as we were comfortable for one night
