The apartment was nice and clean with the all the basic facilities.

The neighborhood felt unsafe. It gave us sketchy vibes but nothing bad happened.

"Pleasant"

Clean place with comfortable full sized bed. Nice shower. Property manager was great! Neighbors were also great.

No TV in the entire apartment. Also needs coffee maker and a better stocked kitchen. Couch bed was not comfortable.

I enjoyed the easy access to the property. I enjoyed the location in proximity to where I needed to be and price points to other comps. I generally enjoyed the property & its coziness.

Very hot - I stayed 5.27 (older renovated DC row home, air system left much to be desired but ceiling fans helped) Location - While it is central to city access & provided me great proximity to event locations for me (clubs, convention center this was prime factor which turned out great), location is in more urban part of town. The street itself is what I would call a grandmom block lol quiet & it's across the street from a clean elementary school so no worries there. But it's in the more urban part of NE & someone tried to assault me at the local Dennys because I was there for pride. Appliances - Unit is updated nicely, but the oven wasn't plugged in, so I couldn't cook during my stay. The microwave also locked up while heating up my food which I found to be so weird. Ive never had a microwave lock up on me and not give me my food lol. I took it as things that were overlooked on appliances as I was more than likely the first person to stay here since it hit the market. All small fixes.
