Apartment was more then big for our family of four. Everything was clean and tidy, parking place in the garden and though we didn’t use it, also cosy balcony was available.

This property and the host are superb. Everything looks new (exactly like on the photos) and are very well thought trough. The home is fully equipped for a family stay. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, beds, linen and furniture are all fully functional and were crystal clean upon our arrival. Despite being not directly on the beach (which is a benefit in this instance) the sea is visible from the windows and the terrace. The host is the professional, very attentive and eager to help. I particularly like the fact the he gave us a full set of keys, not only from the entrance door and the gate but also keys from the technical closets where electric distribution box and the water heater are located. In Sicily blackouts and electricity surges are quite common (happened during our previous stay at other property) and it is always a good idea to know how to quickly deal with the consequences.

Excellent apartment, super clean and extraordinary standard compare to other sycilian apartments. Very honest and responsive host Giuseppe rent us comfortable space for decent value. Definitely worth to stay for couple of nights in central location on the island with half an hour drive to Palermo and 1 min walk to the beach. Additionally apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, also wash machine etc

Olimar Home is generally clean, well kept and the living space is enough for two of us. The view from the seating area on the balcony is lovely. The local amenity includes; a small supermarket, a butcher, a few bakeries, and the train station is about 15 min walk. The beach is beautiful.

It is generally clean and enough living space for two of us. The view from the seating area of the balcony is lovely. The bathroom is good size but the shower cubicle is very small for any adult. The water did not drain well in the shower cubicle and by the time I finished taking shower, my feet were in the puddle of water. There are plenty of crockery and cutlery but we couldn't find any chopping board or kitchen knives!! There is no space for food preparation. No toaster. I strongly suggest the owner to stay 1 or 2 nights and find out what could be improved and please check the detergent compartment of the washing machine.

Apartment is brand new, completely equped, clean, comfortable, with two large terrace, 3 airconditioners. Sea is near. Owner Giussepe is nice and polite.
