The place was clean, and the host was very pleasant to deal with

The area is extremely unsafe, the neighbourhood is horrible. We had criminals that jump the fence and smashed all the vehicle windows that were parked outside and got away with valuables to the monetary value of R250 000

1. Best host I've had in all my years of holiday homes. 2. Excellent attention to detail around the home. 3. Excellent bedding and beds. 4. Excellent aroma throughout the home. 5. Excellent facilities like the pool, braai area as well as a fire pit to keep warm, a dart board and table tennis. 6. As much as rules are rules. Mmathapelo the host didn't for a second emphasize on the checkout time. I really thought we'd be out later on checkout but we kinda made it before 12 nevertheless Mmathapelo didn't even ask what time we'd be out. She was happy for us to lock up the keys in the lock box whenever we're done. This stood out for me as well.

1. No bladdy pool table for the boys maaan lol. 2. We definitely need a 65 inch tv for that beautiful spaced out living area. 3. A heated pool for the kids during the cold would be awesome and definitely a trump card to bring in more guests.

The property is a very large with ample room inside and outside with a deck, swimming pool and braai/entertainment area. This suited us well as the purpose of our visit was to have a family gathering of 13 people(for a braai) and this property was excellent with room to spare! The owners are approachable and very helpful, they take their guests needs to heart and care!

Nothing not to like

It is an ideal place for a family of a small group. Close proximity to all necessary tourist places and eating establishments. Very comfortable..

Need a bin on the outside of home so that bin bags may be deposited. Maybe TV in Bedrooms. Kettle needs replacing, it is leaking..

The layout of the house was very nice.

Communication from the owners seriously lacked as we tried contacting them multiple times over the course of the day to no avail. There was no air-conditioning as advertised for the whole house only for one room and no fans in the others. We had to request fans/air-coolers, which only arrived well after 9pm after hustling and requesting them for several hours. Then the electricity ran out at 2am leaving us in total darkness and in unbearable heat until just after 6am. We eventually booked out due to the unbearable heat and had to book into a more expensive place.
