Cosy, quiet place, beds were super comfy! Also loved the giant ice balls.

All the food in the cupboard was years out of date & should be removed. Confusing comms about the rubbish. We did what the latest email from the host said but the welcome book said to take it with you or leave out if a Weds. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend.

Very good location, property great, very nice

Location was excellent being equidistant from Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton and Rotorua. Would thoroughly recommend this home for hitting the tourist hot spots in the region.

There was no lock on the bathroom door.

Easy to find, clean, everything we needed in house, great beds, easy to walk to shops and lake. Quite , had a iron and ironing board. Good wifi.

Was nothing we didn't like, was good all round.

Not fenced off / completed as had a toddler . No lock on bathroom door Outside furniture rusty and cobwebs

Well equipped, great shower and hot tub. Very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and fridge

Maybe if the kitchen window could have a blind to stop the light coming in at night when we slept with the bedroom doors open for the AC.
