A lovely, spacious little apartment. Simply and tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, really good storage, nice kitchen and fridge. Simple breakfast things, good coffee machine. Andrea our host was brilliant: every issue was dealt with immediately and efficiently, and he gave us some great tips for the area. Key pick-up was very easy when we arrived. Free parking in the streets around the building was appreciated and usually easy enough to find. The loacation is very good for reaching the key archeological sights in Siracusa on foot, while still being only 15 minutes walk from the bridges over into Ortigia. All-in-all we found Casa Felice excellent value for money and would recommend it highly.

Very little about our experience could have been improved, especially given the price we paid: We were very satisfied on every level. The district of Siracusa where the apartment is located is a little rough round the edges, but it's well-lit and there are people around day and night. Note that the main front door and the staircase up to the apartment aren't that wide. We had no issues with our cases, but anything / anyone with a bit more girth may struggle.
