Luxury apartmens Sebastijan&Karlo

Spacious bedrooms. The two apartments have an inter-leading door for families offering privacy and a larger space to move around. Location is fantastic. Just across the road to the old town with ferry port approx 8min walk. Numerous bakeries, a supermarket and pharmacy steps away from the apartment. Fresh produce market across the road. Lots of towels. Fabulous friendly host Sebastijan was very accommodating and helpful and greeted us with the biggest smile.

If you're picky these might bother you: - crockery is a little mismatched of odds and ends. Obviously broken from previous usage. - The one apartment has a smallish kitchen/lounge area with a soft couch next to the sink that we weren't fond of. - other luxury apartments offer water, milk, washing powder etc to make the stay more luxurious. Based on our other stays these factors drop the rating slightly from that of a luxury apartment. These points however didn't hamper our stay. If you're after peace and quiet early mornings can be quite noisy but this wasn't really a problem for us. Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Host was very helpful and kind, apartment was beautiful and new inside, also washing machine was there very useful, great position near port and city centre.

Superb Location & Incredible Hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay in Split! The apartment is in a perfect location—just across the street from the Old Town and about a 3-minute walk to the promenade, which made it incredibly convenient to explore and return for breaks. Everything we needed was within walking distance! The space was clean, well-designed, and efficient—perfect for our week-stay. The small kitchen was great for preparing breakfast, and the in-unit washer was a big plus for keeping our clothes fresh. Our host, Sebastijan, went above and beyond with his hospitality—warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. Truly a memorable experience!

No coffee maker! ☕️ Not a deal breaker, though—there’s an electric kettle for tea and instant coffee,—you’ll find instant coffee packets at every corner shop, so we survived the caffeine crisis 😅

El departamento es maravilloso, super completo. Perfectamente decorado. Muy comodo y muy bien ubicado. Sebastijan, el anfitrion, estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros y fue muy amable. Hay 2 supermecados en la misma cuadra y 2 panaderias. A 1 cuadra de la calle principal de la marina. Se puede ir caminando a todos lados. Nos encanto.

La qualité des équipements et la propreté.

Ce n’est pas un défaut, mais plutôt un point à améliorer. Il manque un espace pour installer les valises.
