Brilliant hotel for the price point. Super comfy bed, fantastic shower, a/c was adequate. A great location above a funky pub in a great part of the Ooru.

TV not working, but didn't need it so just a minor point.

Spacious clan rooms and great communication. I had to arrive at 5am in the morning, so sensibly I booked the previous night so I can check in. The tram had made sure my room was ready so I go straight to rest.

Could be less expensive. No sufficient full height mirrors in the room especially closer to entry and toilet

The rooms were clean & comfortable, however the hot water in my shower was not working properly. Staff organised an airport shuttle for me which was helpful.

I found better value for money closer to the centre of Bangalore including a rooftop pool 4 very similar money which was much appreciated in the Bangalore heat

The location and the features of the room

Accessibility to the facility was quite narrow with no place to park your vehicle and unload your luggage. Totally dependent on the staff to help move the Luggage. The reception was at another level and not at ground level and had to go there for registration. I stopped at the reception and requested for bottled water, the staff said it will be sent to the room and no one showed up, I finally went out to purchase my own water. The TV remote was dead and I had to ask in the reservation for hem to sort it out. The only way to reach the reception is by dialing 9 and not by clicking on the reception button on the phone. This would be better if this notice is made available in the room.

Pas facile de trouver l’adresse pour le taxi à l’arrivée Un peu bruyant mais on est en centre donc j’imagine que c’est normal 😊
