Civita Home Experience

The apartment is internally well-planned and of a good size. The WiFi is very good, the TV area and the kitchen are exceptional. The host was very helpful and continued to communicate with us throughout our stay.

The exterior of the apartment is safe, but it looks unkempt. I know this is not the host's direct issue, but it does impact the guest experience. Apart from that, everything was fine.

For the check-in process, pictures were provided for the property, which were crucial to finding it in the dark. There were also pictures of where the lockbox was located and what the stairway and door looked like. To be honest, the exterior did not match the interior at all. We were extremely pleased when we opened the door and found all the amenities exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, updated and spacious. We would definitely stay here again, and wished our stay had been longer.

The lockbox was a little tricky to work. The printed instructions were backwards, but once we tried a few things, it worked fine.
