Urban Peace

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Von der Wohnung geht man zu Fuß ca.10 min bis in die Altstadt. Der Bahnhof ist quasi direkt gegenüber. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock (5. Stock wenn man wie hier üblich das EG als 1 zählt). Es sind über 80 Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Für junge Leute kein Problem aber für ältere oder nicht ganz so mobile Personen durchaus etwas, dass man wissen sollte.

Location was good but property is on 5th floor with no lift. If you have kids, luggage or elderly person or anyone with issues in using stairs then big no to it.

The property is so clean and easy to navigate since it’s in the city center.

The building didn’t have any elevator.

Great location, beautiful appartment, fully equipped, warm, very nice welcome from the owners! I recommend this place!

One can hear the neighbours talking and walking in the other appartment and it was disturbing for me

There is no lift

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Basic but fine for short stay. All information provided was timely and accurate. We didn’t mind the stairs to 5 th floor but someone with mobility issues would find it challenging.

The hot water was very sporadic, lack of pressure and not enough at one time for all to shower. Also little details like bedside lamps in second bedroom would be nice. Kitchen is basic, would have been beneficial to have tea towel or kitchen roll to dry dishes and wipe around, this was not provided. It didn’t spoil our stay however.

Clean and fresh apartament. The owner is really friendly and communicative. Perfect location - across the road from the main Riga train station and really close to the old town.
