Mooie centrale ligging voor bezoek aan het centrum en parkeren bij het station.

Jammer dat de wc en douche niet gescheiden zijn als je met twee stellen ben is dit lastig. Ook zou er een beschrijving moeten komen hoe het met afval gaat en waar je het kunt brengen.

The location is great , really quick walk to the old town and beach, even quicker to the train station

Spacious apartment very close to the Polignano a Mare train station and at 5 minutes walking distance to the old town. Great value for money

Would be great to have a coffee maker with bigger capacity, it took us quite some time to make coffee for 3 people in the morning

The location is absolutely great - very close to the train station (and big, free parking lot) and to the city center. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious with individual AC and TVs all over the apartment. Beds were comfortable, quite stiff just like they have been new (but of course this is very personal preference).

First and foremost we didn't receive the breakfast mentioned in the posting - that is a big disappointment. There was no kettle (neither electric nor for the stove), no dishwasher - both also mentioned in the facility description. The kitchen should be better equipped - no good cutting knife, limited amount of plates (4 items each), no basic spices (salt/pepper) or tea/coffee. The bathroom had missing sliding shower door and there were no hooks or clothes rack dryer for the towels, which is a challenge with 4 adults using them. The building is also very acoustic - you can hear everyone and everything. In the smaller bedroom, there was soil on the ground in the corner and big spiders web behind the door - like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Contact with the host was a little tricky - the number on the booking provided another person's name and second phone number, but at the check-in yet someone else has greeted us (not even introducing himself). Additionally they wanted to make pictures of our IDs - which we didn't know what for and why, in advance.

The host was exceptional. On the first day we couldn't find the property and he kindly stayed on the phone with us until we arrived. We didn't have enough towels for 5 days but even though we had to ask for more, he did his utmost and got us more. Apart from this the property is comfortable having AC's and tv's around the whole apartment and only had 5 mins of walking distance to the centre.

There was no kettle. Lift was not working.

Very good location, spacious apartment, clean and nicely furnished. Kind and helpful hosts. Breakfast at the bar Officina del Caffè, on the corner of the street, was just a perfect way to start our days.

Very spacious and elegant. Much bigger than anywhere else we stayed in Southern Italy. Breakfast in a local coffee shop is a nice touch. Giovanni is extremely helpful and responds immediately. Balconies are small but well appointed and terrace is small but perfect.
