New Boutique Apartment

The location is outstanding. It is within walking distance of downtown and its attractions.

The apartment has serious practical issues. The layout makes little sense. The entrance is on the lower level, where there is one bedroom but no bathroom. The upper level has the second bedroom, two bathrooms, and the kitchen/living area. Moving between the two levels requires using steep stairs with a handrail only part of the way. Access to the apartment is also difficult. You must first climb a couple of floors to reach the entrance on the apartment’s lower level. There is an elevator, but the building is covered with signs warning guests not to use it. Predictably, it stopped working the day after we arrived. Parking is also challenging. The key process is cumbersome and seems designed for the owner’s convenience rather than the guest’s. We never met anyone from the property. All contact was handled through WhatsApp, as directed by them. The combination of the stairs, unreliable elevator, difficult access, and poor layout made the apartment unworkable for us. We decided to leave the day after our arrival. Had there been direct contact with the owner or operator, we would have tried to find a solution. Instead, it took them several hours even to acknowledge our message saying we intended to leave. This property should be described much more clearly before booking, especially the stairs, split-level layout, lack of bathroom on the entrance level, elevator issues, parking difficulty, and remote-only management.

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, molto pulita e ampia in pieno centro a Torino (esattamente dove si trova la Mole Antonelliana).

La posizione è ottima: sotto la Mole Antonelliana, a due passi da piazza Castello. L'appartamento è ampio, ha tutti i comforts desiderabili, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, bollitore. Le due stanze da letto sono ampie, una al piano di sotto con un piccolo poggiolo attrezzato con sedie e tavolini ed una mansardata al piano di sopra, con letti comodissimi. I due bagni, al piano superiore, sono ampi e confortevoli. Il soggiorno/cucina è molto luminoso. Gli host sono stato molti gentili e disponibili. In conclusione, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Non ho particolari suggerimenti su cosa potrebbe essere migliorato.

Appartamento stupendo ai piedi della Mole Antonelliana. Le host sono delle persone adorabili. Consiglio per pulizia, cordialità, disponibilità e organizzazione. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio. Complimenti.

Emplacement, calme, bonne literie, plutôt bien équipé, belle décoration, qualité des équipements, confortable ! Idéal famille, le parc De jeux est à côté ! L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Il y a un chambre en bas avec un petit balcon très sympa donnant sur cour intérieure. À l’étage c’est la pièce de vie, la 2nd chambre et les deux salle de bains + toilettes. Les chambres et le séjour son climatisés.
