"Unprofessional actions ruined what was initially 'good value-for-money' accommodation."

The open plan layout and the amount of space was minimal and relaxing

The lack of communicating with and between the owners. The other unit was occupied by the managers sister who handled most of our concerns. They had a small child who was constantly walking into the unit we occupied which caused some concerns in general. When we enquired about extending our stay however we were told to pay in cash. We were not comfortable with this arrangement… and subsequently were asked to leave as the room had apparently been booked?
