The property spans three levels and is divided into two apartments. It features a spacious cave-style basement, offering a chance to experience the distinctive cave living popular in Cappadocia, along with a two-story living area that has a more conventional, relaxed feel. Each space is fully equipped with all essential amenities, modern appliances, and recently updated finishes. Located in Ortahisar, it appears to be a good landmark to travel between Uchișar, Göreme and Ürgüp by car. It's not a fancy tourist spot(rather a neighborhood with estates and cottages), but a quite place to enjoy in a good company. All the Cappadocian attractions are within a 5-minute's reach by car.

Not a dislike, but a friendly reminder: make sure you are fully aware of and prepared to live in a cave-style appartment. It's very peculiar and unique experience.

Le calme

Escalier très dangereux pour accéder à la cuisine. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas très propre. Fortes odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Pas de placard pour les vêtements. Bruit important de la ventilation. Fuites d'eau au niveau de la baie vitrée quand il pleut.

Actually, the staff were really respectful, informative and helpful whenever we needed them. The apartment was big enough and very comfortable. Also, the location was not far from the center of Göreme just 5 minutes by car. All that is required to have a nice stay is in the apartment. Thank you very much for everything.🙏🌹

The accommodation was excellent. A stylishly furnished apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace was a great bonus. Parking was hassle-free. Everything was easily accessible by car. Jeyda responded to our questions willingly. We definitely recommend it.

The kind attention of the owner, was very nice and helpful, also speaking perfect spanish and recommending activities and places to go, also the confort and beauty of the house, spacious house, with possibility of different spaces, the calm and relax of the sourroundings, the location near the most attractive touristic places of Cappadocia, and the design of the house as a cave, very authentic experience. Also good price for excellence attention.

Preferable payment in credit cash

The location was perfect if you prefer being in a calmer little city but still not too far from the main attractions. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The host was always available.
