Felt the pricing was on a higher side for the size of room. Rs.3500 for double room with not much walking or working space felt a bit cramped... The 1 bed studio was good size and good for a 2 people accomdation, however Rs.7500+Tax was a bit on a higher side. However the manager was kind enough to understand as was willing to give me a reasonable discount on the flat.
