Great kitchen with really thoughtful and unexpected extras, a great living space with plenty/comfy seating. and several additional items in the bathroom; toothbrushes, toothpaste and shower items.

Minor issues that prevented a 10. The fan in the bathroom wasn't very effective, there is a step on the outside stairs that is starting to move The mattresses wasn't as firm as we would have liked. Parking space a bit awkward,

We could walk into Teignmouth very easily. There was everything we needed for self catering. Very clean and nicely designed property.

Clean modern lots of little touches to make you welcome. It’s near enough to town to walk, yet a quiet area. The shower was fabulous with all the toiletries included, a beautiful and well equipped kitchen stocked with bread butter tea coffee etc. and the whole apartment smells divine.

Nothing. An EV charging point would be great.
