Everything - amazing location everything was immaculate - staff went the extra mile in my case due to me mucking up the booking - they are very kind! Fantastic cafes and waterfront scene.

We loved everything of Lunar Hotel! First of all it's a modern and well designed hotel, it's extremely pleasing coming back here after a day at the beach or around Creta. In addition, the warmth welcome and treatment you receive from the staff makes you feel home! I cannot be more thankful to the manager Tina and the rest of the staff, thank you for taking care of us! The room is spacious, nice and very clean, same goes for the bathroom! Breakfast is amazing, various and freshly cooked food served in a lovely area of the hotel. Last but not least the position is great: few meters far from the beach and the restaurants/shops area but very quiet! Grazie mille!

The location was good. Breakfast was awesome. The day staff were very nice.

Our room was on the main floor which was fine but you could hear every that was happening in the lobby, outside and even when the receptionist would sneeze. There was no wifi, and nobody cared to fix the issue. The beds were two twin beds that they made into a queen, during the night the beds would split. There was no hand soap in the washroom to wash our hands with just two small bottles of shampoo. I also didn’t realize until after I had booked but there was no pool. They afternoon/evening receptionist seemed nice but didn’t help in anyway with our concerns

We booked a room on the day (due to having to check out of another local hotel which was terrible) and immediately on meeting the team we were impressed. The hotel: The room we stayed in was excellent, very comfy beds and huge balcony. Lovely bathroom and good shower pressure. The air con was not noisy at all! The breakfast is much make than a continental - fresh eggs cooked every day with sausages +/- more. With then a huge selection of fruit to follow, toast and yoghurt. We couldn’t eat it all it was amazing. The staff: What can I say, nothing was too much trouble. They were beyond friendly and kind and you could tell they cared about the guests. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Thank you so much for having us and the 8 wonderful nights / days we spent at your hotel!

Not a dislike but perhaps come China cups in the room and glasses would be a bonus but we asked for them and they were given right away.
