A stunning apartment with a beautiful set up and services which exceeded our expectations given what we payed for. The owners, and their neighbours were very friendly and accommodating. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Twelveon1st. The area is very safe. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care off. The rooms are very cozy, and the beds are super comfortable! One of the highlights for me was that they offered complimentary materials for our breakfast. Also there was alternative enegy when there was load shedding. The toilet and bathroom were super clean. I really liked the concept of having a urinary in addition to the usual flush toilet suit. For males this really helps. We highly recommend Twelveon1st to any Capetonians or any other visitors who would like to have a goodtime in this portion of the city, and we would love to visit again!
