We didn't have breakfast but the host gave us a couple of beers.
Location was in an industrial area, a bit noisy during the day. I guess it is expected for the price.

Perfect little place for a short stopover. It had some complimentary snacks and drinks. Everything was clean and tidy.
Be aware that it is set in a business park so the surroundings are not very pretty. But it didn't matter to us. It's still close to Raglan.

Secure, behind locked gates, with a code to get in. Very simple room, all we needed, nothing more.
Very thin walls, we could hear what others were saying, using toilet, etc. A bit out of town (7 min/7 km; not a big deal if you have a car), but in an industrial setting.

Easy self check-in with code for access. Felt very secure. Parking right outside the room. Good size fridge and kettle with coffee sachets and some snacks provided in the room. Room had a fan and heater although I didn't need them.
There are two cabins in one building, and you can sometimes hear some noise from the other cabin, but this is only minor. The location is on the side of the highway about 7mins drive from Raglan township so you will need to make that short drive for most things - I don't believe there's any amenities within walking distance. They do offer a food-delivery service to the rooms. For the price I think this is fair. I would definitely stay again
