Welcoming was perfect. Hotel staff was very kind, airport transfer worked well.

Wifi did not work well.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us with many things, especially to book ferry tickets, to find taxi's. Breakfast was really good. They were very accommodating to our custom requests.

Great location. Clean new units equipped with everything you need. Super comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful with anything and everything, including the handle of a medical emergency that we encountered. Ideal location for the stunning Beau Vallon beach and close to t shops. Will definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit.

The place is very nice and clean, very well kept. It is short walk to the Beau Vallon beach and has a lot of restaurants and shops around. The absolute best of this place is it's staff. They are very resourseful when it comes to giving advice of sightseeing options on the island and very accomodating for any needs related to the hotel. After check out I realised tgst we left one of the mobile phones in the room, and the staff offered to bring it to the airport so we would not miss the flight. That was such a kind act from them and so much appreciated.

All was above and beyond expectations.
