Everything! Nice comfortable clean house that has everything, in a beautiful place

The house has been recently renovated with taste and offers all services you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen supplies, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer…). The house is located in a small village near the coast, you even have a view on the ocean from the garden. It’s convenient to move from here to the other parts of the island to discover it all. Summarizing: great little house, it’s comfortable and clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Its location is good to move around the island (by car). It offers great views on ocean and fields… but that does mean you need to accept some of the country side effects as well (bugs, noise, odor) :-)

Minor point is the lack of wardrobes: there is only 1 located in the second bedroom, which is filled with spare blankets. So it leaves little space for the clothes of all 4 family members. Being located in a smaller agricultural village, it did mean: We had barking dogs during the night and roosters crowing early morning, you can’t eat in the garden because of the smell of the neighbours’ animals, and you have to co-live with bugs. We were fine with some flies and grasshoppers, the ants in the kitchen were a bit annoying, the cockroaches (4) were totally eeck…

Het huisje op zich was prima. Van alle faciliteiten voorzien, goede bedden, voldoende handdoeken,goed uitgeruste keuken

Het huisje ligt naast een boerderij wat de nodige stankoverlast gaf. De deur kon je niet open laten staan. Daarbij veel overlast van vliegen. Geen horren voor ramen en deuren. Tevens is het huis gesitueerd in een zeer bedrijvige straat, wat al vroeg in de ochtend begint met toeterende autos en daarbij gepaard het geblaf van honden en roepende mensen, de ramen konden boven niet dicht blijven omdat er geen airco is, gelukkig geen stank in de slaapkamers gezien ligging aan straatzijde, maar daar dan last van geluid. Buiten vele voorzieningen als bbq, lounge set, picknick tafel, maar geen van allen gebruikt wegens bovenstaande.
